Bio:
First and only son of the Saiyan prince, Vegeta, and the heiress of the Capsule Corporation, Bluma. Unlike his present counterpart, he grew up in a world destroyed by Gero's Artificial Humans. He has a fairly different personality due to living his life in fear and without the influence of most his friends and family.
Following Zamasu's defeat and the destruction of Timeline 3 at the hands of Zenō, Jikanshin Chronoa arrives to investigate the situation. Trunks feels bad for his past time travel transgressions, buthe and Mai still wish to return back to their own world. Chronoa agrees to forgive him for and help them relocate into Timeline 0 (the best outcome without causing a timeline split), in exchange for assisting her with odd jobs. However, strange incidents begin to occur throughout time, and she enlists his help in patrolling.
Notes:
This sheet covers Future Trunks under the employ of the Jikanshin (Time Kaioshin for the normal franchise) after the defeat of Goku Black. I was lazy and changed his shoes.

The only thing that potentially bugs me about doing this is the presumed power creep required for villains, like Mira to be a threat to Trunks. However, I could always adopt more of a Xenoverse approach instead of the DBOnline one, and have Trunks be forced to stay out of most of the conflicts because "he shouldn't interfere with history he was already apart of". There's also the fact that a lot of these villains rely more on magic than brute strength...

So he loses the Z Sword when he fought someone much stronger than he was, so he gets a new one that makes up for losing that said Z Sword when someone else counter that i don't know.

Since Trunks broke the Z-sword to intentionally release Pibb, would Pibb offer Trunks the ritual? And if so, would Trunks be able to utilize the Ultimate state and SS: False God in unison?

You can only use one form or the other. The ritual only increases the base form power, and then the max power of the Ultimate state is equal to their highest transformation. It doesn't stack.
And no, Trunks never undergoes the ritual. I'm not really fond of how many transformations the franchise has evolved to contain, so I try to stick to just the official ones characters have (as best I can) instead of overloading the project even more than what the actual series has.

Ahhh okay. I asked because I know on Gohan’s v5 comment thread you had said that Gohan could hypothetically fire up Super Saiyan while in his Ultimate state it’s just he would only have the negative drawbacks such as Ki drainage and etc. and when the commenter asked about a Hitōzaru & Ultimate combo you said that Gohan could eventually work to utilize them both like how Goku and Vegeta did for Super Saiyan Blue, but nonetheless Ultimate not being stackable is plausible and makes sense. I assumed you meant purely in terms of power, because most people want to talk "powah levers" with these types of questions.
It'd be the same here as with Gohan and the others. Trunks COULD activate his SS forms if he had Ultimate, but it wouldn't benefit him in any way (since the power doesn't stack) besides making him a nightlight if it were dark. Hitōzaru would be a different story, but since nothing official has given him SS4 (even SDBH opted for God on the Xeno version), I'm certainly not bothering with it. So it's not an issue worth addressing for him.

I'm not going to "fix" it for now because I unfortunately don't have the old Trunks info saved anywhere, plus it was going to need to be changed after the Future Trunks Arc in Super anyway. So for now, I'm just going to void/blank it out.

I remember that back then (as far back as DB NEO), you gave Time Patrol Trunks SS3 because of Heroes giving it to Cell Arc Future Trunks, and the SS2 Future Trunks was sorely lacking...

It's happened a couple of times now. The only thing I really feel when I beat them to the punch though is relief that I don't have to work something unexpected in. But these days, the expected stuff always comes packaged with something unexpected...so, those feelings are usually short lived.

I mean, the only useful thing he got from his experience was an extra year of training that he used to fight the Androids. That's it. A power-up.
His entire trip to the past is useless to him, in itself.
The only point in his existence as a character was to introduce and conclude the androids matter. Once that's done, he is too...
And Toriyama could finally dedicate himself to drawing cute little Trunks and Goten.

I don't remember if it's true or not, as I don't have time to search through all of Toriyama's comments. But I seem to remember reading something being said about not knowing how long the series was going to continue after Cell or how popular Future Trunks was going to end up. If he had, he would have found some way to work him back in in some manner or another. Though like I said, I currently don't have a source for that.

Don't call it "my story". Almost everything I've posted here about that time frame is taken directly from DBO without alterations. If you have issues, blame the developer.
Piccolo is a Namekian, they live for at least 500 years. Trunks has a time machine. He traveled far into the future of the "main" timeline in which he helped to defeat Cell. Though he doesn't "live in the future", as if it is a separate point in time in which nothing else has happened beyond his "present". That's an absurd notion, as all time is relative. No matter what year he travels to, past, present or future, he's still in the present and there is a past and future to the point where he currently exists.
