Bio:
In AGE 780, the newly revived Freeza manipulated the recently rescued Broli into battling his fellow Saiyan survivors, Gokū and Vegeta. The intensity of the fight destroys the "eternal wall of ice" that encased a good portion of the Tsurumai-Tsuburi Mountains near Natade Village, releasing Dr. Uirō’s lab to the world for the first time in 68 years.

After being freed from their rundown, icy prison of a lab, Doctor Kochin approaches the wealthy Baron Jagar Butta at Castle May Queen and uses the bio-warriors to secure a job. Using the newly acquired funds to improve their facilities and integrate Jagar Butta's research staff, Kochin is quickly able to create a group of Brutal Warriors (Misokattsun, Kishime & Ebifurya) for the baron to execute his infantile desire of handing the world renowned Tenka'ichi Budokai champion Mister Satan a humiliating defeat. The new union proves fruitful, but his employer remains completely unaware of Kochin's true intentions. The true goal of his research is to genetically engineer the pinnacle of human evolution so that he may soon return Doctor Uirō to a flesh and blood body.

The shunned shaman of Natade Village, having witnessed the climactic battle with Broli, stumbles upon the icy lab and offers them a unique opportunity after learning a little about their research. In exchange for a large sum of zeni, he escorts them to the location of the battlefield still riddled with frozen DNA from a supposed super human being of insurmountable power. The same being who had recently freed the doctor duo from their frigid prison: Broli. While already mentioned to be extremely powerful, the doctor couldn't help but tamper with the Saiyan's genetic code, hoping to unlock their full potential before beginning the clone's gestation period. A decision that would have major ramifications when the time finally came for the being to be released...

By AGE 781, this new Broli is almost fully developed. The doctor's genetic tinkering have rendered him almost unrecognizable compared to the original in terms of appearance and personality. The brief conscious interaction they've had with the being during development has proved consistently hostile, leading to them to develop a control device to be placed on him even while in the tank. Meanwhile, Baron Jagar Butta feels confident enough in Doctor Kochin's Brutal Warriors to initiate his plan to humiliate Satan. The plan quickly falls to pieces when Satan demands that Jagar Butta's warriors must prove their worth by face his "students" before challenging the Champ himself. Jagar Butta hastily moves to release Bio Broli from his cultivation chamber, but is warned against the early release by Kori and Nain. Unwilling to let Uirō's body candidate come to any harm, Kochin places the doctor's brain container in one of the other weapons Jagar Butta had his scientists develop. The newly mobile, giant, mechanical Uirō steps into the battlefield to protect his body. However, the chaos of the battle within such a confined space proceeds to lead to disaster, as the glass on Bio Broli's chamber is ironically shattered by one of Uirō's attacks.

The premature release from his cultivation chamber before development is completed renders the mind and body entirely unstable. He immediately exhibits traits of a homicidal psychopath and, over time, his physical form begins to destabilize into a sludge like state capable of absorbing cultivation fluid into himself to increase his mass. Kochin and Jagar Butta both attempt to over Broli utilizing the control device, but the beast can't be tamed. He soon levels the entirety of May Queen Castle as many of the residents try to flee to safety, rendering the battlefield a toxic wasteland of an island and drawing the attention of many of Earth's other heroes...

Notes:
The Bio Broli character has been largely overhauled. For starters, he serves as my way of retaining the original Broli design we were all used to for so long. Second, he's no longer a blob monster from the moment he's released, but he will eventually end up there.

Also, for the record, names under the "Showcased Transformations" section are potentially tentative. Promotional material for new Broli coins his iconic form as "Super Saiyan (Full Power)", while Kale is labeled with "Super Saiyan (Berserk)". For the time being, I'm just going to stick with my "Berserk Super Saiyan" name for the form until something official (maybe) tries to clear all this up.
