IMO, the lower forms are not a natural ability of the race that just ever member can do. They are a technique the race has access to though, and the appearances of said transformations are created based on the member's imagination/desires, not anything pre-coded into their DNA or anything. So Coola's could look like pretty much whatever he wanted them to.
That said, Coola doesn't have them. Freeza created them to help restrain his power for better control during everyday life, a problem Coola doesn't have.

Out of all the characters and commissions I've seen you draw, Final Form Cooler's muscles are the most sculpted, and by sculpted, I mean detailed to where it shows most of, if not all of his muscles (next to Superman). And his external anatomy seems the most accurate out of all the males I've seen you draw barring the bone and jewel-like growths. This is what I love to see in a man or woman's body: balanced body mass with a statuesque physique. You did that well with Cooler of all people, so you have my gratitude

Well, the bots were getting stronger each time they repaired themselves, so Coola was getting powered up even though he wasn't changing forms. I don't think actually transforming into the super form would increase his power like it did while he was alive, but he would have a better body to used that power; like bigger fist means more damage from his punch.

Ize is from Young Jiji's DBAF, Toyble is doing Xicor. Anyway, it's not going to happen. Partially because I don't like Ize, but mainly because I don't do other people's characters unless they personally ask me to, and even then it's only if I owe them a favor or something.

Yes, yes. I'm assuming Movie 6 will be inserted relatively unchanged, at least in the overall basic plot; Coola attacks Namek, good guys arrive, Coola makes an army, Coola is defeated from the inside.
