My 2nd tut...I just CGed some work featuring a lightsaber style sword [link] so i decided to make this tutorial.It is very simple for the beginner Photoshop and Star Wars fanatics. Have fun.

Nice tut. When I make lightsabers (rarely) I make the initial blade shape then make a selection of it, expand it and feather it, but your method is a bit more to the point. I'll have to try it.

Hey this is pretty cool. I've seen some lighsaber tutorials before, but this one is much more simple and straightforward. Excellent job, I look forward to more tuts from you
