Also, you are wrong, wrong, wrongy-wrong. The second Doctor once pushed a Dalek down the stairs. Ace used to take a baseball bat to them. Daleks are totally beatable.

I think if we're talking about the mainstream DC Universe Batman vs... let's say 5 Daleks, if it were a spontaneous battle the Daleks would win. Give Batman time to prepare, however, and I think he'd have a very good chance. If it were an army of Daleks, yeah, without the Justice League he'd be screwed.
