Description
This is a redesign for Blank's player on FFMUX. He wanted Final Fantasy 9's Blank out of his leather corset and bikini bottoms and into something a bit more modern. The design also accentuates his alchemist talents. I think I made him a few years too old, but it doesn't look bad on him.Oh god, all the belts! And I think I could have even put more on there! Tetsuya Nomura, how do you do it?!

Blank is an alchemist... an "old times doctor"... he prepared the infuse to heal Garnet and Vivi with.

Yeah, I realize this, but unless the character designers have been quoted with saying so, I still think it could be coincidence. They're both great concepts and both Japanese of course. Blackjack is certainly old enough to be an inspiration to developers at the time, but none of them are giving away their secrets
