My Ladypalooza gift to longdogging ! - Aradia and Feferi having a jolly old time off tramping about old temples and what-have-you because someone uncovers a new structure while off on a dig and drags a long-suffering palemate along on another dang fool expedition.
Aradia is pretty psyched for scampering through this cobweb-ridden relic, but Feferi has made her promise absolutely NO R-ESURR-ECTING ANGRY D-EITI-ES T)(IS TIM-E, OKAY, which she acquiesced to with only a small amount of protest (but: one, it was an accident last time; two, we dispatched him so easily! and three, your fin was fine after a few weeks – look, it’s been half a sweep and you can’t tell anything ever happened! 0u0)
Afterwards they’ll probably go out for milkshakes and Aradia will dump all her loot on the table to catalogue while Feferi Troll Snapchats everyone about it and steals sips from Aradia’s glass when she’s not looking.
(The name "Heqett" from the trollification of Heqet, Egyptian goddess of frogs, fertility, and resurrection)

Wonderful work! It's great to see the girls in joy, and I am sure they would enjoy this trip, you got their personalities just right! And their clothes are so beautiful - I especially love Feferi's coat. Great job!

Wow, thank you for the lovely comment!! I had a ton of fun designing the outfits - Feferi's got sort of a practical-rich-girl-goes-on-adventure to contrast with Aradia's broken-in Indiana Jones-derivative garb. And drawing the girls was super enjoyable as well, and I'm grateful that at least some of my own enjoyment came through!

As I said, Fef got some beautiful original sense to her clothes, and Aradia... miss Jones in all the best sense! And yes, the enjoyement is clear, it's just so playful and energic!

Thanks! Aradia is in PURE NERD JOY right now; she's going to spout off a hundred miles a minute about all the neat anthro-trollogical things she's seeing and what this runic inscription means and what that carving signifies and Feferi is going to sort of soak up secondhand-happy from all that.
