Story:

Herman Schultz is a dangerous Australian contract killer. He is hired by the Kingpin as an underutilized body guard. However, the development of a new state-of-the-art military battlesuit sends him to confront Spiderman after the deaths of Octavius and Osborn. The suit has bullet-proof armour, a gas mask, specialized goggles and shock wave cannons. After Kingpin’s warning to not meddle with his operation goes unheeded by Spiderman, Schultz is tasked with killing him. However, trying to kill Parker at his house, he accidentally shoots Aunt May in the shoulder with his Sniper Rifle. This nearly kills her, and sends Peter into a blind rage that allows him to become the Symbiote Spiderman.
