Description
A Comparison between different types of Submersible LED lights. These lights can be handy for props but the websites that sell them are usually lacking in direct comparisons like this. They all use the same batteries and have about the same battery life. The Floralyte is RGB transition, the other two are pink.-Submersible Mini LED Lights-
Can you sand it?
The top, yes. You can't sand the bottom because there needs to be a gap for the button.
~Pros~
8 colors in one light
Only one with a hot pink setting
Easy to use button located on the bottom.
~Cons~
Bulky compared to other brands
No Amber or Orange
Difficult to select desired color.
-FloraLyte Submersible-
Can you Sand it?
Yes, you can make a significant difference in the size of the light through sanding.
~Pros~
Easiest to sand
Most variety with 10 different lights
Easy to read label inside the casing on the bottom of the light lets you know what color you have
~Cons~
Amber light is pretty dim
-FloraLyte Submersible III-
Can you sand it?
Only the bottom. There is a button on the top that makes it more difficult to sand.
~Pros~
It\'s like the other Floralyte, except it has a Flicker and a strobe setting.
~Cons~
Button on the top makes it slightly bulkier and more difficult to incorporate in projects versus the normal Floralyte.
-Submersible Little LED Lights-
Can you Sand it?
Yes, though not as easily as a Floralyte.
~Pros~
You can easily pull the light out of the casing
Slightly cheaper than a Floralyte
~Cons~
No color label on the bottom
More difficult to sand
Least color variety with 7 available
I will add to this if I buy anymore.

Paperclay is sold at craft stores, and look at the first comment for the store that I bought mine from.

[link] This is my favorite place to buy them from. They have a good selection and they offer good prices but their shipping is set to a $9 minimum.
