Description
Here is my OC from doctor who. His name is the Apprentice. He is a clone of the doctor created by the Daleks to destroy the doctor but he managed to develop a sense of right and wrong and ran away before he could fufill his original use.(PS) It didn't scan as well as i hoped, you can't tell, but his shirt is light blue. and I have dial up so it takes forever to upload this stuff. tell me what you think.

yea, it happened when he tried to escape the Daleks. He got cut in the face and since his DNA was still salitifying so it didn't regenerate away. The Apprentice has a costom regeneration system. Its call OTS or On The Spot regeneration. Meaning if he gets hurt badly in one area instead of doing a full body regeneration, it only regenerates the cells in the wounded area.

Why thank you. He also has something called OTS regeneration (On The Spot Regeneration) Meaning whenever he gets hurt he regenerates there without having to go through the full body makover. The Daleks came up with that one.
