Unlike the Engineering Corps of the Federal Administration (F.A), the Medical Services Corps (F.A-MSC) has managed to avoid much of the cutbacks of humanity's dwindling resources against the Cure. While dressed in rather conventional scrubs, with a choice between skirt and scrub-pants, the under layer of the uniform is anything but ordinary or mundane. A hermetically sealed, snug fit, full body Bio-Suit protects members of the Medical staff from the Cure's Revelry Cells, and any plague or sickness that would otherwise require recovery time that the F.A cannot spare. Whereas the Engineers make due with WW3 Relics and simple budget conscious variants, the Medical Corps's Bio-Suit is comparable in sophistication to that of the Marine Corps: constantly monitoring vital signs, able to repair against minor punctures and tears, and address minor injuries or performance hindrances in addition to the protection they offer against radiation and disease.

While in the field, armored hard points are issued for additional protection from potential surprise attacks from Infected individuals or Cure. A full face, armored helmet offers a full suite of optical tools which allow the Medical Staff to find and locate survivors and injured in up to 26 feet of rubble. A cut down version of the Marine Corps's Standard Issue Pneumatic-Reactant Synth Muscle Augmentation Footwear (PnR-SMAF, or Smaf's for short), more resembling of their WW3 predecessors, offer a limited enhancement of speed, durability, and strength for ease of traversing the crumbling urban areas which often require medical relief. Additionally, a layered Hazard shroud is adorned for field missions as further passive protection against the many dangers of operating in the Badlands between Humanity's settlements. All additional equipment for field operations, and indeed much of the equipment for the Medical Personnel is supplied by the orange and white OP-PAQ worn between the shoulders of uniform at all times; connected through magnetic locks and circuitry, which possessed two redundant and removable power cells, basic Hol-Chemical Machine to produce medicine when supplies are depleted, medical kits, survival supplies, and an internal antenna for enhanced communication.

However, an operational distinction is made between the F.A Marine Corps's Medic Corps, due to the greater training and time invested to train dedicated doctors and nurses. Should the Cure infect them, the loss of a dedicated member of the MSCs requires a much greater investment of time to replace; a loss which greatly hinders the efforts to sustain humanity while trying to fight the Cure back. It is for this reason that MSC Conscripts are traditionally better equipped than the, often times fodder, Army Conscripts, and why MSC are never permanently attached to armed units. The only exception to this are Medical Conscripts, who can be re-scripted into the Medical Corps of the Armed forces in times of great need. With designated "SAFE" zones however, should hospitals not require their constant attention, MSCs are often incentivized to patrol their local settlements and actively seek out hazards or the sick; usually with an armed escort of either a Federal Security Police-Officer or locally stationed soldier.
