Great Mewtwo drawing! He is in a terrific action pose, and your style of drawing his face is unique. The radiating energy could probably follow his motion better, especially on his legs and tail, (it seems more to be dripping off rather than having any sort of directionality) but the effect itself looks neat. Kinda like frothy icicles, hehe.
