Description
The big dino character is named Brisket, and belongs to my good kaiju friend, BoredKaiju . Here, he is helping the green fellow on the right, my character, Edgar, build up a new town he just founded. However, the big dino is just too distractible, as he doesn't notice all the logs he's dropping. The smol butterfly in front of him is just too important right now. Poor Edgar tries to harness his attention, but it's not easy for a green lion being more interesting than a little flying insect.

This is all in connection with a story I wrote last year, Treasure Town: 1904, and can be found in my gallery. I ran some digital manipulations to make it look older, as this scene takes place in the late 1890's.

A fun fact for those familiar with Edward and Ariel: Edgar is Edward's grandson, which makes Ariel and Rebekah his aunts. Also, Ariel is actually still alive by the time the story takes place, but passes away the year after just weeks before turning 92.

Anyways, it's been nearly five months since my last piece with colored pencils, and it's probably obvious. I also struggled with how the shadows should be placed, and their shapes. Hopefully everything still looks okay as a whole. Thanks to BoredKaiju for letting me draw your character!
