What I was going for here was to translate/find a middle ground of the DB:Evolution movie character designs as if drawn in Toriyama's style; If not a direct translation, then ones that take elements from both movie and style and mashing them together.

bulma was actually cute in the movie (like she looked cute), but now, OMG ADORBS I WANNA HUG!!!!!

I kind of even like the gray tape for me head we all like the giant one true but with the other one it was like 1/2 grade ape form kind of like a werewolf thing when they're pretty cool but basically he like it's half the powers of the great ape and a half of his original powers in this form

I thought the movie was great. It wasn't a complete repeat of Dragon Ball, but that's how it stood out for me.

Okay, this is awesome. It takes the movie designs and actually makes them look like they could stand on their own as an alternate continuity, rather than the subpar film we got.

I like the Dragonball evolution it was definitely not one of my favorite Dragon Ball incarnations but I still like to I needed a lot of help from the fighting to some of the acting but I like how they gave a different approach on the characters Goku went to school and got to do with against the bullies and stuff like that no thinking about it now that kind of made him like a Peter Parker instead of a Superman plus we got to see him with his grandfather before he died if anything I think maybe he should have been a middle schooler instead of a high schooler that way you could show a much younger Goku

I can't remember if I ever posed this question to you before or not, and I'm unfortunately not in a position where I can go back through the 27 pages of comments to check. I absolutely love the designs that you came up with for Bulma and Yamcha. So much so that I actually mentioned the former in a document I'm working on. It's not somethin' that'll ever be published; more it's just somethin' I do in my spare time, as a form of creative writing. That bein' said, I linked this particular image in said document because I felt that your portrayal of Bulma was spot-on for an original character of mine. I'd be happy to link you to the document in question, if y'want. The real reason I'm commenting though is that, with your help, I would like to really turn those two designs in question into real original characters! If you're interested in any way, I look forward to hearing back from you.

Proof you can make garbage look good. Well, you and Toriyama. Honestly, Picollo's design in the movie was probably the one thing I actually liked since he did feel like he was an alien. Amazing work on this art-piece!

Now if only someone can apply a similar touch to the Bubsy series, The Cheetahmen, Action 52, Sonic 2006, Pocket Monsters 1 & 2 (Genesis), Donkey Kong Country 5 (the bootleg game with the character, "Sodoma"), Kart Fighter, Shaq Fu, etc.

I wish they used these designs in DBE: The Game. And considering that it was developed by the same people who worked on the Budokai games, the only other thing it would need is better music, and the game would be passable.

For hercule I thought of hwo he could have been in the movie, as an arrogant martial arts student who meets goku and tells him of his plans of one day becoming a superstar
he would even try and help against piccolo only to get smacked away

Or even pilaf since I believe he was Kai's boss in the anime/manga (outside of the movie, I am mostly familiar of her from the battle of gods movie)

think you can do other charcaters in evolution movie styles like hercule, beerus, gohan or cell

Would be fun to see these characters in the DB universe entering the Budokai Tenkaichi and having their asses kicked by the z fighters, just for comical relief.
