Awesome! I like the effect you've done with Cell in making his shell more layered and also just making his armor overall bumpy and uneven. It gives him a more organic feel.

before i watched the series back when i was a kid, i actually thought this form is his final and most powerful form. i just think his look here is more intimidating than his Perfect Cell form.xD and i also thought he has like a mouth guard or something and i was shocked when he spoke and that thing opened, turns out it his actual mouth.xD

Wow.
In my opinion, Cell looked his best in this first form. To me, it's the biggest departure from the usual designs that Toriyama would use for his characters, and that always made it stand out in an impressive way. Plus, his introduction being shrouded in mystery and being done in a quasi-horror style always made it memorable to me.
Anyway, enough rambling. This piece is excellent. Can't wait to see the rest of the set!
