Hmmm I'd recommend practicing on shading clothing? The shading seems really lumpy and random-- there's no form to it. Try some sharper or more angular shading. It takes a lot of practice but once you get that down you will feel so powerful. XD Just pay attention to real life and other artworks, take notes, copy, etc etc~ good luck ;v;
Also I like the background. Photoshop? Or a premade background? I always wanted to use a "dotty" background like that but I can't figure out how to do it in Photoshop haha
