1 Harlequin: “You gutterslut. Look at you. Does Batman have no standards?”
2 Spoiler: “You’re going down, Harlequin. Seriously, how could you throw your life away serving that sick murderer?”
2 Harlequin: “Murderer? You don’t know anything about me, whore.”
3 Spoiler: “Oh, good, the story. You people love to justify yourselves, don’t you?”
3 Harlequin: “You know, I was preggers once, too. Four months along. And I got cornered in an alley by a purse snatcher.”
4 Harlequin: “I was just gonna give him my five bucks, but one of you costumed idiots swooped in and got in a big fight with him. Punched him into me, and I went down hard into a steel ladder. I lost my baby. And the ‘hero’ never knew nor cared that he’d stolen far more from me with his juvenile theatrics than that hungry, desperate criminal ever would have.”
5 Harlequin: “So that’s why I do what I do. I don’t care about crime. I do it because I hate you, and I want to kill every last one of you, the way you people killed my baby. Crime’s just a way to draw you sanctimonious costumed monsters out of your ratholes for retribution.”
6 Spoiler: “My God.”
6 Harlequin: “I will enjoy taking your baby away from you first, though, bitch. You’ll know what its like to be me before I’m done.”
