1 Power Girl: “It looks like form 11A wasn’t in use in the late nineties. We’ll either have to redo that or make it look like an official had to replace or modify it post-2003.”
1 Oracle: “I can do that.”
2 Batgirl: “Did you need me?”
2 Oracle: “Ah, Batgirl. Good. I assume Batman told you what we’re doing. Most of the records we’re creating are digital insertions, but we’ve identified five agencies so far that still have at least some paper records for the era. We need you to infiltrate those buildings and insert our documents.”
3 Batgirl: “Have you made a birth certificate for him? A social security card?”
3 Power Girl: “No. We picked a real person to base this on, who we’re sure is actually dead. So some of the early records, pre-age eighteen, at least, will actually be authentic, and already on file.”
4 Batgirl: “That simplifies things.”
4 Oracle: “And the veracity of those documents will lend credence to the others.”
5 Power Girl: “I’m still checking up on those, too. We don’t want the government to have mis-filed something we’re basing our case on.”
5 Batgirl: “Good. I assume you don’t want me to use the Justice League teleporter.”
6 Oracle: “No. If there’s any way these organizations have to detect magic or teleport insertions, that would ruin everything. We need you to do this the old-fashioned way.”
6 Batgirl: “Understood. I won’t let you down.”
