I've been noticing how a lot of artist are making realistic versions on Pokemon which I found pretty cool and fascinating. So I thought I'd do a few of my personal favorites. I don't know how many more I'll do, but anyway, here's one of my old favorites Gyarados. Enjoy!My site: rushelle.com/

It always seems weird how the most useless Pokemon evolves into something so fierce. They so intentionally made it that way, just to make getting Gyarados harder. XD

now that's a scary gyarados!
The original one looked rather harmless despite it's size. It reminded me of those dragon costumes people flail with at carnivals in the far east.
Great work, this one finally represents that fearsome seaserpent he's supposed to be.

SERIOUSLY!! That's just how most anime artist focusing on kids are these days like it unfortunately, cute and cuddly monsters makes no sense! Well then again I guess they didn't want to frighten the kiddies, one more reason I was forced to leave my sketch book at home.

Yeah, I agree. Especially the newest series of Pokemon in Diamond and Pearl, they're either to cute or just stupid looking. Though there are some that are cool.

It's supposed to be you looking from a low angle, so the the closest party of his body is going to appear big, but as he towers over you it sorta shrinks since he's higher up. If that makes any scenes.

Yes, i know. :/ but i think the figure needs to be more inclined or the head smaller. =A= it's a beautiful peice and the detail is brilliant, but i can't help to think that something is wrong with the form. >_> i hope you don't hate me for thinking this..! QAQ
