I'm not a expert on this, so.. ehehe xD
First off, I love how you did the fire effect, since, to me, it gives this picture a more realistic feeling. I can clearly see Hydreigon rising out of the fire in that position.
Also, I like how you drew the wings, gives the picture a intimidating feeling, saying how this pokemon is SUPPOSED to be feared. And how the middle head flares out, it gives a nice 3-D feeling.
The only problem I see with this piece, is the shading. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I feel that it would look like that if the fire is surrounding it. If thats what it's doing, then It would be perfect in my eyes.
I'm only docking the Originality, Because this pokemon is used a lot, and usually trying to be scary. But that doesn't mean the work is bad, it only means that a lot of people like drawing this one.
But... This is one of the best pictures I've seen in a long time. This will be going in any pokemon enthusiast's fav's!

Whoa. Amazing job on the textures, you can really tell that the necks would feel very different from the wings and such. I like the addition of the fire, it adds some mood lighting to the picture, which you did well illustrating. Also, the way you drew the wings gives off that Yamata no Orochi look from Hydeigon, which is what he was partially based on, according to the devs.

I don't want to be a target for its Tri Attack.
It was also hard as a rock to get one in original black and white. No ev training, no use of daycare, but it was worth it. I have never had anything in that power before.
