Here's another new Pokemon from Pokemon Sword and Shield: Flapple! I really love the concept that it can fold in on itself in order to disguise themselves as apples. I played with a few concept with how to create his eyes, so I decided on a crab look. I figured it would look cute seeing these long eyes poke out from their apple camouflage.

basing the eyes off a crab is a really creative idea, i would have never consider that option, it'd look so bizarre on an invertebrate but you made it look natural i suppose

It took Game Freak twenty years to come up with a wyrm in an apple. I'm just glad they did a whole family, this is the line I didn't know I needed.
