Description I was commissioned by Max78 on Furaffinity to create a scene depicting his dragon Skassi squishing knights and using magic to finish them off. I had a lot of fun creating this piece, I also love the dragons design.

Right off the bat, I'm a HUGE sucker for dragons, so I am not the right person to ask if you're looking for criticism because all I will give you is praise. Plus fifty points for the bloody and broken knight on the ground, although the blood and knights look rather chunky and not as slick as the rest of the painting. The smile on the dragon's face is great! The lightning coming out of his hand is impressive, it compliments the devilish smile of the beast, giving off the sense that this dragon is well versed in evil magic and loves to use it. The shadow work is much better compared to your previous works and the textures are brilliant.
All I would do is work on the details of the knights, blood and gold in the background and you're set. I know they aren't the focus of the piece, but if you're aiming for photo-realism then you'll have to improve their details.

Really love when dragons are being portrayed as wizards!

Your style honestly reminds me of the classic Dungeons and Dragons artist work from the old book/catalog series when the game was first developed. I live in the town where Gary Gygax first began developing the game, and often attend the Gary convention in support and honor of the original and modern creators from the 1980's. It was wonderful seeing his old journals and sketches, and all of the other artists who became part of creating that game. It was like his work became a prophesy for the future of boardgames, card games, and video games we all know and love. Truly a stroke of genius, as much as your style has been driven.

Thank you very much for creating this painting of Max78's Skassi avatar from Second Life. The texture art of that dragon was created by me for that virtual website-- if he gave you a 3D reference to use. I too very much enjoyed designing this dragon's overall appearance when he commissioned me; bringing his character to life. It made me very happy to stumble upon this on Deviant Art and was brought back to the fun time I had creating that for him. Seeing this vision in a story as you have portrayed it here, brings me so much happiness. I am glad he got this commission from you.
