Description This is a deco sheet I put together to go with some inputs I did for a Marvel Legends-Style figure based on the Netflix Daredevil series.

The inputs can be found here:

And an alternate deco can be found here:

I'll be referencing the sculpt input sheet in this critique as well as this deco sheet. Both of these are extremely well thought out, well executed, and well researched since you said you weren't familiar with Hasbro's 6" Marvel Legends. This honestly looks so professional and in line with much of the recent stuff Hasbro has been putting out that most people would think this was done for a future Marvel Legends figure if you didn't mention otherwise.

It's very apparent that much thought went into researching, collecting source material (which really isn't easy to find for Daredevil's suit), and planning the color palette. The first appearance inspired alternate deco is also something I've never seen done before with this cinematic universe suit and it really works! The colors make different aspects of the suit pop and it looks very toyetic.

The line art is so clean and so close to the source material that I don't think there's any detail out of place. The articulation is integrated very seamlessly into the design and my only small gripe among everything you did is that the hip balls are an outdated method of articulating the hips that Hasbro has retired just recently. The new way of doing the hips is to have an upper thigh swivel with the ball and socket hips so that the sculpt is not broken up by the smooth ball joints. You have the more current method diagrammed on the input sheet where you show the internal articulation but the the smooth ball joint hips shown in the figure turnaround.

Overall, this is one of the most professional looking and exquisitely executed action figure designs that I've ever seen. I commend you for also including all the details the actual documents that get passed along to the factory have. I can't wait to see you hopefully do more work in this vein in the future because you truly have a knack for it that nor many people possess!

This is great work. Great job on the detail. Hopefully Hasbro does do a Daredevil and Kingpin figure from the Netflix series. Will you be other character sheets from the MCU? Like Vision, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver and (who never got a Marvel Legend figure released)Β Falcon.

Hey thanks man! I'd love to see more figures based on the MCU properties.

I might do some of the other characters if i get time in between gigs.
