Description Scene set up in Poser Pro 2014 and exported to LuxRender via Reality 3.1
Rendered to 2000 samples at 18 hours.
No post work in Photoshop.

This test render is to demonstrate the Minoko Suit available on Renderosity. I'll be using this outfit a little more often as I develop the space theme that I attempted roughly a year ago.

Sisters, as in blood-related?Β  I hope not, I think they would make a gorgeous couple. Posing so pretty together, surely they feel a chemistry

Sisters in arms would work best I think
Honestly I'm not sure what their relationship should be... Promiscuousity could work well

In case I get side-tracked and forget to stop by, you must let me know, if/when you make any updates of these beautiful "sisters"

This pictureΒ certainly answers the question: "What's better than one beautiful woman?"

Nicely done!
What meshes/models did you use to fit the clothes to?

I actually took a lot of time to mess around with the victoria 4 model with the elite morphs set... took a long time but at least I can say I actually came up with bodies that I can call my own

300 hours?! I never had a render take over 2 hours.
Why does it take so long?Β
Β use different programs and none are that slow.

TheGlassSagasStudio In reply to Joe-Maccer [2014-04-25 19:56:01 +0000 UTC]

It's the complexity of the lights
It's a really cool looking scene but for the life of me I can't figure out why it's taking this god damn long
Then again I'm not a huge fan of Lux for large complex scenes in the first place. Mostly for portraiture stuff I use it for...

OK. I'm not familiar with Lux.
It's a shame you can export/import it to a different program
that can do it faster.
I use Blender (free) and Β one can import things into it and useΒ
PC processing or Graphics Card to render.

Well I have been looking at Octane, it's uses the nuhvidia CUDA GPU technology to process the images that are exported to it.
Lux is CPU dependant but there is functionality to use GPU/openCL but that's always given me bad results for some reason
I have been looking to replace my laptop so I might end up with a nuhvidia system... might x)
