But would Pokemon (not psychic one I mean) understand concept as stealing and taking what's not yours?

I guess that depends on who your asking. Most would say Pokemon are like animals, but Pokemon seem quite more intelligent and nicer then most wild animals. In this comic Pokemon have the same intelligence as humans, but like with humans there are quite a few scatterbrained Pokemon as well.
Not sure if that answered your question or not as I went on a bit of a tangent there.

Not exactly, but as Pokemon don't exist ( ;( ) we can just fathom what they could do and what they could understand. Even though, 'more intelligent', I can accept, after all, they learn what word we have for their different move right after they learnt said move, I'm not sure 'nicer' is a suitable word to describe some of them. I mean, Gyarados isn't nice at all for instance, and many Pokemon could just destroy the landscape if the occasion/need arised.
By the way, what you said summon a question, if pokemon are as intelligent as human, why do they accept to be our "slaves"?... Eh, nevermind, perhaps I'm over thinking ^^'

I was talking in a fantasy sense. (Curse this non Pokemon world 
I always thought of Pokemon as adventure partners or something like let's both help each other get stronger or ect... But still there has to be some Pokemon who don't want to come along yet you make them anyway.
...It's really kind of awful when you really think about it.
Though the Pokemon end up attached to us in the end so...I guess that's okay? Wait no that's Stockholm syndrome.......Pikachu has Stockholm syndrome....

I suppose it's the purpose of the many gym leaders and, in the end, of the elite 4, they are there to check that every trainers has the correct Pokemon and not one that can't be tamed/require a stronger Pokemon.
Point is, in an ideal world, Pokemon would indeed be equal partner (like what Team Flare or Team Galactic - not sure which - wanted), and there would be a true collaboration between the Pokemon and his trainers (plus trainers wouldn't just catch every Pokemon they come accross, but only a few, those who agree to come along, as you said) but it's not an ideal world that the games (or the anime) depict and Pokeball can force about any Pokemon to obey you (they can't leave unless released and the badges the gym leaders give you increase your control over Pokemon as they gain levels) and worse, to like you (like the Friend Ball) no matter what... So yeah, a sort of Stockholm syndrome
How can we love such a universe? ^^

I can't dispute those facts. There are some harsh truths that are better to ignore (Ignorance is bliss after all) but I think the main point in all of this is keep all the horrors in fantasy and keep the horrors away from real life. Or our world would be a terrible place to live in. Still kind of is... but nothing's perfect.
Anything can be lovable if you sugar coat it enough.
