Pieces from Dragon*Con 2010!Here's a Link and Zelda from the LEGEND OF ZELDA game series-- one of probably seven I did at the show. YES, SEVEN. I'm thinking working up a Zelda print might be a good idea... Oh, Nintendo-- why can't you let me draw this comic?! I'd throw every iota of my creative forces into it...

b) It's colored, textured cardstock-- much better paper stock than your standard construction paper. I can't even imagine how hard it would be to work on construction paper!

On the con sketches on textured cardstock, I'm using pencil, pen, Copic marker, and white pencil.

Cool. Link there looks like he evolved from the Link I remember as a kid in some of the artwork for the NES games. Just looks so much cooler than the fairyboy he turned into which was one of many reasons I lost interest in the series after the excellent Link to the Past and Link's Awakening.

I draw three different ages for Link, really-- depending on the game/era people are asking for. This is about as old as it gets, really.
