As the tutorial says, a lot of people have asked me how to create a border for the signature shown.And.. again as it says.. I decided to create a tutorial instead of telling everyone. xD
Hope it helps to create your kickass signature/tag borders!

Hi. That means simultaneously press Ctrl and left-mouse click on the layer (Ctrl+click on the layer)... and then press Ctrl+x (or cut; as in the phrase "cut, copy, paste")

Awesome, thanks for this~ Now I must figure out how you managed to separate the panels in such a superb way, you should make a tutorial of signature making with various panels. ^^

Thanks, and to make the different sections, I just make a signature, and cut it into 3 different sections when I'm done!
