And I don't think he's too happy with his official name. Seriously, Capcom, you make a good character, but your naming sucks, please rethink this over, will ya.The moment I read his name, this popped into my head, so I thought I drew him this way, just to show how stupid Capcom can be. Besides, I think Inafune would of come up with a better name.
For now, I shall call him Scouter, just for laughs.

I love his design as well...but I'm quite the paranoid gentleman. Perhaps they named him 'Xover' on purpose and the whole 'Rockman's Over' pun people had come up with was actually their idea the whole time?! Capcom, you sick bastards!
