Itβs important to build the muscles (especially her head), just enough to help maintain possible immunity to feeling pain from any projectile coming.

She's got to build up her strength for things like hoisting people out if danger, stopping heavy objects with her body, and a lot of other stuff that heroes might need to do.

How to crunch her body to work out her deflections. Facial muscles are important to note in case she can be immune to getting flattened or pulled, or having an ability to change facial structure to hide her identity, usually it can look a lot animated.
