Is there any speculative evolution lore around your interpretation of this cryptid anywhere like on a wiki or something?

Not exactly. I went with the idea that it was a prosimian primate.

Now that I look at it a second time I can clearly see that is what it is... a monkey got drunk one night and did it with a freaked velociraptor and 9 months later this little guy came hopping into the world.

Yeah I don't remember where I got the raptor idea from.

No. I might eventually add it to my Terra Fabulosus project, though.

I prefer reallism to coolness where cryptozoology is concerned.

Plus! The chupacabras is always said to "eat" its victims. Chupacabras means goatsucker in english and the animals it killed have their blood sucked out and are left almost intact with just two or thress puncture wounds, so it is pretty much a blood sucker, not a "goat eater".

I've always wondered about what a Chupacabra even looked like (minus that manged dog look to it)

The dog is a dog. It is NOT a Chupacabras.

That's right! Chupacabra is not a dog, it is almost always depicted as being bipedal.
