Ta daaa! The first part of my human-based tutorial series made for *WindWolf13 . She wants to draw her beloved Frodo, and needed some help with human anatomy. So here we go!I plan on making at least two more parts to this: an anthro-to-human full body anatomy, and a step-by-step guide to drawing the correct proportions of the face, as well as cartooning and stylizing your new human characters.
I really hope this is helpful! It's finals and my brain is leaking everywhere, so if something doesn't make sense, feel free to smack me and ask what the &$#@ I was trying to explain XD
For more references on human anatomy, I recommend you check out some of my favorite Masters: Degas, Renoir, Duchamp, Manet, Lichtenstein, and Muybridge. I'm not even gonna apologize for my art history obsession.
Even though this tutorial is for Wind, anyone is welcome to use it! I look forward to seeing what y'all come up with! Good luck!
