Well here it goes...
A heard of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest onein the heard. If one is old and slow it makes the whole group slow.
When a lion attacks the heard it goes for the old slow ones because they are easiest to catch. But at the same time, now that the slowest ones are gone, it makes the rest of the heard faster.
It is exactly the same as brain cells. That's why when you drink heaps of beer, you're always alot smarter than when you're sober. (or so you beleive)
Kills the slow brain cells allowing the good ones to work faster.

I have like that too, I have some pictures my little brother drew for me, some little notes from rashmi, some funny and inspiring comics (www.whiteninjacomics.com) and ofcourse, the big-ass message reminding me about your work experience. Haha I also put it on my familys calendar, just the week circled with ANGELA in big letters, they're all confused like "Who wrote that, and who the hell is angela!?"
