While the Spongebob episode "Are You Happy Now" burns in the campfire, I roast some marshmallows. They are the best marshmallows I've ever tasted!Yeah, that episode was pretty bad. Suicide jokes? Seriously? Attention new Spongebob writers, SUICIDE DOES NOT BELONG IN SPONGEBOB!!! JUST STOP IT ALREADY, JUST STOP!!!

I really like this episode. Not everything in Spongebob is a joke.

Although Spongebob is supposed to be a comedy, and suicide isn't funny. I do like it that Spongebob cares, and that's the only good thing about the episode. However, Squidward already has happy memories (See Band Geeks, and several others) and that one scene where it LOOKS likes he was about to hang himself was supposed to be a joke from the writers, (but it wasn't funny) and I even read on the Spongebob Wiki that the episode was supposed to be a parody of the creepypasta Squidward's Suicide.

I don't really hate this episode that much, it have to many issus but at the same time to much potencial, the suicide jokes was not really that ofencive IMO, they just there for the sake of it. But even without that joke the episode still have issus like the main plot hole and that not well done ending, it have potencial to be decent but they should have put more effort on it.
