Anyway, on the RWBY wikipedia page it sais that there isn´t a single weapon in RWBY that isn´t a gun of some sort. But what about Ozpin´s cane? I mean, he always has it with him despite not having any visible motorical problems, so it must be his weapon.
I guess it´s some sort of shotgun. That´d be epic

Perhaps that´s what Salem is after: Ozpin´s cane, which is the missing half of a powerful weapon she has the other half of, and which requires the four maiden´s powers to operate.

Well, both were just random thoughts of mine, actually.
Anyway, speaking of the Maidens, what if Emerald Sustrai becomes the new Spring Maiden?
I mean, her first name follows the pattern of maidens being named after gems that relate to their season (Cinder goes against that a little but screw her), and her last name has three meanings:
1. Thief (referencing her "job")
2. Undercurrent (referencing her semblance)
3. Roots (Almost proving my theory of her becoming the next Spring Maiden

Thanks. And honestly, I don´t see Emerald as evil. She just had to take care of herself all her life, and Cinder is the first other person to show her that she isn´t alone.
So basically, if she were to meet up with team RNJR and claim that she had lost her memory while actually spying for Cinder, Ruby and Nora might befriend Emerald, so that when Emerald has to choose between Cinder and team RNJR, she might choose the latter...

I´m still looking for something my team of RWBY OCs could encounter in the fanfiction I´m working on.
I mean, one of them, Eis Star, once defeated a Nevermore by punching through his skull and doing this aura-shockwave-thing Ren and Fox did (Ren in his fight with a King Taijitu during the initiation and Fox during the fight in Breach when he blew up an Ursa) to blow up his head. She then sky-dived that thing into a few Deathstalkers and killed the few that survived. Sure, she doesn´t remember any of this because she was in a trance, but still.
Her husband, Swara Star, once fought the Winter Maiden to a tie. Yep. His Semblance allows him to copy other people´s powers if he touches them. At first he thought that only counted for semblances, but he soon figured out it also worked for magic. Sure, he doesn´t copy the skill this person has developed with their semblance (meaning that he´d have trouble using Glyphs, even if he copied Winter Schnee´s semblance), but he´s a quick learner.
Then there´s Argent Star, their child. His parents trained him to be a huntsman from the day he could walk, because leaving a helpless kid alone in the woods to investigate an ancient ruin is just irresponsible. He inherited his mom´s trance thingy, which is more like a genetic defect than anything else. You see, when either of the two are under extreme emotional pressure (Stress for Eis and Anger for Argent. Also, Joy for Eis´ grandmother), they stop thinking, and just react to the circumstances. Basically all that happens in muscle memory, which is why mental attacks are completely usless when they´re in this state. And, since it´s a defense mechanism, this state only ends when the person in question is killed or when the cause of the emotion is, well, you get the idea.
And, last but not least, Argent´s pet/child/little brother, Jack Lyc. He´s a wolf. Argent found him after some huntsmen killed his parents because some shepherds were worried about their sheep. Jack first saw Argent, which is why he sees Argent as a parental figure. Also, Argent named Jack Jack because he always wanted a little brother named Jack. And, just for the funzies, Argent trained Jack not only in standart dog stuff, but also in standart huntsman stuff (aura, semblance, that sort of things). Jack can turn into a 2m tall werewolf, drastically increasing his speed, strength, stamina and jump heigth, but at the cost of his aura shield. However, he also gains a healing factor. Sure, this does seem a bit OP, but Jack has trouble activating his semblance, so it sort of equals out.
Also, as you might have noticed, all of my RWBY OCs are the embodiments of responcibility.
Eis&Swara "Hey, we´ve got ourselves a kid. Let´s go into that dangerous ruin whose door is covered in warning of a slow and painful doom and leave our kid in the nearby woods."
Argent "Alright, young wolf, I´m going to teach you how to become bullet-proof and, if you need to step up a bit more, become a vicious monster that wrestles down an Ursa like it was nothing."
