Description SMS Rail Lines just acquired these two ex-ATSF B23-7's. I spent the day riding around in them at the invitation of the railroad. The SMS runs 16 miles on the former D&H mainline between Delanson (here) and Altamont, NY. Here, the ATSF GE's roll under the CP signal bridge at Delanson, which is flanked by the original D&H signal mast. THAT, my friends, is what the ATSF, CP, and D&H have in common - this photo!

Yup! Can't wait to see how they paint them - the idea that's been kicked around is one in SMS green, one in D&H lightning stripe.
