Description
One of five designs for my bridal shower. I used these as centerpieces for each table. It made it really easy for people to eat dessert! Each one has ten cupcakes.

I used a whipped topping for frosting instead of buttercream. For a final touch I sprinkled some clear edible glitter on the blue part to make the water 'sparkle'.
