Description
One of five designs for my bridal shower. I used these as centerpieces for each table. It made it really easy for people to eat dessert! Each one has ten cupcakes.I used a whipped topping for frosting instead of buttercream. For a final touch I sprinkled some clear edible glitter on the blue part to make the water 'sparkle'.

could you still do something like this with a buttercream frosting or is whipped the way to go?
My son is turning 1 on the 30th and I'm going to attempt to make his cake.
Not sure what I was going to put on it yet but it's an Ocean Theme party.

I actually bought the carton of frosting from where I work and whipped it up at home, so I don't have the recipe, but you could use cool whip and get the exact same effect.
