Compositionally and modeling wise this is a very good photo.
Unfortunately, the shot is very overexposed. One of the things that happens is this situation is that skin tones become muddy and pasty. Alas, this is not easily fixed.
You can correct the dynamic range, but the tonal quality is going to remain poor. I have some tricks I use to help correct this, but none of them are easily described on paper. The problem is in loosing facial texture detail. I can borrow the skin textures from another of your images, then map them to your face in this image. I have a tutorial on the process in my gallery.

Singing,taking walks, swimming, exploring, nature, hanging out with friends, movies, I absolutely love animals so I like going to animal shelters and hanging out with the animals there. I like writing stories, poems, and songs. I love music so I always have my CD player, Itunes, or Ipod on. I love all kinds of music.

I like swimming, I love music I always have something playing, even if its just in my head lol. I love shopping, I am awful with spending! lol I love movies and stuff like that. And of course hanging out with friends, and networking is always fun!

I'm that way with music. Something is always going. I love when it's in my head because everything I look at is moving to the sound of a beautiful song.

Yeah when I have music in my head, I have a bit more skip in my step so that is always a good thing! lol
I have a total Starbucks addiction, I wish I didn't but I do so I spend a good chunk of my money there as well! lol. Between Starbucks and clothes I never have extra cash lol.
To be honest, I am gay. I'm not out to Dylan yet, my bro, so lets keep it between us. I have been wanting to tell him and I am pretty sure he already knows but I just haven't formally told him yet. I don't mind telling people, but with family it can be a bit more difficult lol

It does help to talk.I don't talk to people about how I feel very often. I used to talk more about it, but it made me feel selfish, so I stopped and noticed that once I did everyone talked to me about how they felt more. I realized that people had their own problems to worry about and I shouldn't trouble them with my own. So naturally I get annoyed when someone never shuts up about themselves and they don't let me deal with my own problems. It works both ways. I'm pretty good at listening. I'm more tolerant of others than I am of myself.

but I try to be understanding, because you don't know what is going on in their life. Maybe they act big headed because they are insecure and need to make up for it. I often wonder why she talks about herself so much if life is so great for her. If life was so amazing she wouldn't need to brag about it you know? I think it is too. I think it is interesting that people may think infinitely about an infinite number of things and somehow get nowhere by it. I've thought about molecules and fusion, dreams, the meaning of life,death, glass makers, shoe makers, emotions,bagels, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, tea, java script, leet (however you spell it). I've thought about so many things, just like everyone else. But none of them have gotten me anywhere. I still have no idea, and I still think about them. It's quite amazing that a humans mind can go on like that for so long and never tire.

Yeah, I suppose it is. Though not that I THINK (keyword) about it, it has been some people's downfall. Romeo and Juliet, Picasso,Julius Caesar, Caius Cassius...people like that.They think so much they become Paranoid, insane..etc. Maybe it is because they think about the wrong things.
