Well where I live, in a desert in Southern California, the winters are still warm, well for winter anyway. It gets to like 60 during the day, and then about 35-40 at night.

Ah, another thing different between us. Australia uses Celsius for temperature, not Farenheit.
And geez, that's actually 'cold' by Australian standards XD
We get temperatures up to about 86 here, still in winter. In summer, up to 104 on occasions.
At night, it goes down to around 41 in winter, 59 in summer.
That's if all my conversions are correct.

Oh I forgot about that, sorry! Where I live its a desert so it's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Like in the summer it can get up to 46 and sometimes even 47 Celsius so our air conditioners get quite the workout! lol
