I enjoyed making this drawing. The hair has come out a bit beter than my previous drawings. Someday I will learn to do it right...Related content

For all of your drawings, do you photograph people and work from photos, make them up, get them off google .. etc ?

I use ref pictures from DA or whatever I find...when a picture strikes me I wanna draw it...eyes are the key to which I connect...esp children´s eyes are sóóóó amazing...I do not make pictures myself as I have a very lousy camera...

I love this picture, her expression is just great. And the shadings truly are beautiful. As to the hair - I already like it - if you feel like improving further there, there are some lovely tutorials on dA concerning the hair.

Thank you very much for your extensive comment...I appreciate this very much as I am still kinda newby to drawing...I did my first drawing in April this year...
I know the tutorials from Allan and they have been a great help! Many DA artists have helped me to improve my drawing skills over the past months... ´Relax`is in that respect and ´older´ (hahaha) drawing which I posted now on a group I have just joined...
But there IS improvement thanks to the sharing on DA...people like you have been a GREAT help to me...I think you can see this clearly when you compare ´Relax` to my recent work ´Eye see´ [link]

So we are on the same page here - I have not really cared for working on my drawings until march this year - and have gone through an intensive development since then as you can see in my gallery as well. Also owed to Alan and many others out there that share and and offer their insights. Oh and yes - I actually follow your work and thus I knew "eye see..." just did not make the link to yourself. The hair there is really awesome. Sorry I failed to notice the date of publishment of this picture. I had no intention to sound in any way patronizing. Oh and be sure, I will always love to offer my comment!

Thank you for both, my friend, the words and your visit on my gallery. I am sorry there - I do many nudes and do not want to see those who are not wanting to see. But I believe I have many tasteful nudes in there... I am afraid not only so though

Of course...there are different ways of drawing nudes and yours are respectful indeed. No problem there!
But for me...I did not like some of the (mostly) pictures I saw appear on DA which are rude and disrespectful to women according to my taste... there is plenty of room for that on other sites...but everyone is free to choose and I do not judge that...just make my choice to refrain from it...
So keep sharing!
