If this looks fimilar, it should. I always liked the scene in the opening of WHR where Robin is playfully trying to balance herself on the side of the street as she walks along it. I've always thought that this displayed her innocence despite her given profession. Its one of those short-lived situations where you get to see her relaxed and unbothered by who and what she is, and what she's called to do.She has her suitcase in the opening, which implies that she's waiting for an STN-J escort to pick her up and drop her off at STN-J headquarters. The scene implies that she's recently arrived in Japan (from Italy), which is how the first episode starts, with her arriving at STN-J
I used a screen capture as a reference for this.

Another nice angle of view. The color is soft and I like the mushy style. It gives it kind of an attitude. Also even if the picture in general lacks the minor details, the way of coloring kinda makes it very detailed.

I love how it looks like a water color picture~! X3 I really love the sky and how nice the background looks. There's not much I can see wrong with this picture.
The only thing is that her foot looks a little funky, I think her skirt would move a bit higher with how she's kicking her foot out if that makes any sense ;^.^

I haven't watched the anime, but I've been told it's pretty good and I'd probably enjoy it. I read your one comment to another commenter about your thoughts on the show. It definitly sounds like my type. I tend to enjoy the animes, or any show for that matter, that require some thinking to fully understand them.
As for you picture, it's quite nice and I love the composition. As I've not seen the show, I don't know how accurate it is, but from glancing at your style I'm assuming that you've hit it fairly close. The only thing I would have done different is that I would have defined the image more. It has a blurred/smudged look which I'm sure was done on purpose, but I think the image would have been more appealing otherwise.
And to end this, great job on the picture. She seems like a ray of sunshine in the darkness with her smile despite the gloomy looking weather.
