Description
This is a homemade version of Kimchee Bokum- stir fried fermented and spicy cabbage with tofu, and Vegetarian Japanese Udon...again a crossing of two cultures, both or which have a long standing and begrudging history with eachother from what I understand...but I just love their food so I mix things all the time. There is also a side of rice topped with sesame seeds and a cup of Brown Roasted Rice Green Tea. The blue dragonfly dish in the foreground is the newest in my dinnerware collection. It is simply gorgeous- handcrafted from Japan. What a great find!Related content

It's like it symbolizes peace between the cultures. xD I love it!
Tho, I really don't care for the spicy stuff.

Sadly there's is no peace, expecially now but that doesn't mean as an American I can't appreciate the taste of good food!

I meant like.. hope for a future peace. You know what I mean? Your food has a deeper meaning than the soup bowl it comes in.

It's this spicy reddish broth with strips of beef, noodles, vegetables, and eggs. (depending on where you get it)
Possibly one of the best foods ever.

Um... no.
I have had that'ne, but I can't remember what it's called.
Also those delicious tiny anchovies are the best thing anyone has ever done with fish, ever.
