Damn, this is pretty good. To be honest, I feel like she's got a more peaceful look than she does a Holy-shit-I'm-gonna-drown-down-here look, but it still sells.

I really like that patch of sans where her foot lands and the sand just disperses under the water... and while typing this, I thought I saw the shadow of someone in the bottom-left corner, so THAT could be up to interpretation!

There's really only one problem, being the shadow. It's only under her foot and nothing else.

Other than that, this sells. Overall, I give it a 9/10 (which I only based off of my ratings on Vision, Originality, Technique and Impact)

1. being realistic and lifting the sand where she steps is a really nice touch.
2. the highlighting in the ocean
3. The fact that air will be pushed out of her mouth and form into air bubbles make it seem realistic plus adding to highlighting certain parts of the air bubbles
4. You Kept the main focus centered and shows that they are the main focus in the image.

Somethings I would as is LIGHT shading she is underwater and based on the colors you used I'm guessing the sun is directly above her in the water, the littlest shading like blushing her skin and putting light shadows on the living plants int the water would definitely make this image pop e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>

Looking at this, I feel pretty bad for this girl given her apparent situation continuing from yon one picture of her. Saka is in apparently grave danger, but I do hope some saviours will soon come. Now on the looks here, you gave the background some supporting substance, but your midground could use some improvement. Namely, the coral near the lower right corner have the right shape, but it lacks texturing and gradient. Another glaring flaw in here is the shadow beneath Saka's left foot, which puts far too much sudden emphasis on the footing and feels stiff from it and lacks a sense of belonging with her sand cloud. While her bubbles do breathe a bit of life into the picture, they feel more like blue speech bubbles and interfere with the otherwise smoothly painted water surface while disconnectively colouring her frenzied smile. Her flower could do quite nicely like a cloud in the water, though and a savior would be urgent in her moment. All in all, you're coming along nicely and should continue improving from your flaws.

I like it I really do I hope Saka find her sandals or some air bubbles. I like her tiny little flower flowing away from her cute tiny little pink hair. Though I have one problem with the picture her mouth look like she is smiling like she is happy like that. that my only cripes with the picture everything else it looks beautiful and I hope Saka can walk along the water or even find some mermaids to help her go to the surface of the water and bring her back to land I hope this is the case.

Hi! I'm from-->

I was gonna go on a search through the gallery, when I stumbled upon your piece currently in the front. 
First off, I think you did a pretty good job with the coloring, though I think adding more shade would make it pop more. The colors aren't bad, just a bit plain if you know what I mean. The background including the girl could use a bit more shade.
Speaking of the background, it looks a little more "cartoony" than the character, and that can be off-putting to some. It doesn't look like she belongs in this drawing, like the girl and the background are from 2 completely different things. 

The bubbles are really nice, though. I dunno why but, the bubbles might actually be my favorite part

I would go into a whole 'nother section about anatomy, but I suck at anatomy myself so I can't say much haha
I guess I could say her hands are a bit big and her ear looks oddly placed, but I could look passed that.
I think the character is cute, and I feel bad that's she's drowning. I'd try saying her if I could. Hopefully she can find her way upwards ^-^

Perhaps working on shading and anatomy would help. Cute job nonetheless, though. I hope to see you improve and have a nice day!
