And the fourth and final adopt we got that we have made a fullbody base ref for. Kind of proud of how the wings turned out.

Name: Starseer

Gender: Trans Male

Pronouns: he/him or they/them

Sexuality: Bisexual with male preference

Occupation: a seer and mind reader who is a teacher in the present day Nightwing rainforest village who helps any dragonets who may be born with mind reading or foreseeing

Backstory: Starseer was hatched in the desert, where the warmth of the sun could incubate his egg without anyone around. There was no particular reason his egg was there, it was just the hatchery on the volcano island had been quite full, and his parents didn't want something bad to happen to his egg. The night he hatched, two of the moons were full, the third almost as full. Once he had hatched, his parents took him back to the island, noting his beautiful blue and dark teal scales and the way he seemed to stare up at the sky as they disappeared into the tunnel. Surrounded by many brothers and being primarily raised by his father (his mother almost always away doing something else that no one really knew about), Starseer was quick to notice how boyish he was, even at a young age. His father's and brothers' minds said it all. He would constantly ask his father how he would feel if Starseer decided he no longer wanted to be a girl (even though he knew the answer to the question due to his ability to see the future). His father wasn't entirely bothered by the idea, much to Starseer's relief. When he made the change official, however, while his father and brothers supported him all they way, his mother was a different story. She went on a small rant about wanting a daughter, and this one had special powers, no less, and left grumbling about how her hard work had been wasted trying to get one. However, after a while of not seeing her, Starseer's mother came back, apologizing for her behavior and willing to try to mend relationships with her family, saying she did support Starseer's choice. While Starseer has mostly forgiven her, he is still a little wary, never forgetting what she's said. However, any slight glimpse at her thoughts is enough to persuade him a little more that she isn't leaving again and fully supports him.

As he grew older, the Nightwing Exodus occurred, and he and his family quickly evacuated the island and into the desert, where he had been hatched. His parents didn't really want to go to the rainforest at first, but finding life in the desert difficult, they quickly returned after a couple days. Since the building of the Nightwing village, many other seers and mindreaders have hatched, and even at his still young age, he helped the gifted hatchlings with their powers. At the age of 14, he was appointed the teacher for gifted hatchlings, and he has been quite happy with his job and teaching the young Nightwings about their powers. He even sometimes makes public speeches to quell the fears of the older Nightwings that consist of him saying that not all seers and mindreaders are bad, that their powers can be used for good and they only have to be raised right. He's quite well known in the village, and one of the primary reasons why the Nightwings are more accepting of gifted hatchlings.
