Description
This is my take on the flag of a New USSR. Inspired by Crimson Dawn.The flag of the BCCCP's background is based on the design of the Belorussian SSR's flag. It incorporates the traditional ornamental pattern from the original Belorussian flag, representing the Belorussian SSR. The rest of the flag is an irregular bicolour, with the red taking the upper 2/3 of the flag and the blue taking the lower third. The blue represents the Ukrainian SSR, and the red represents the heart of the Union, the Russian SFSR. This design was meant to symbolise unity between the three Slavic states. The red additionally symbolises the blood sacrifices made to create the Union.
All symbols on the flag represent the communist movement in general, aside from the Belorussian ornament design on the left holster of the flag. The hammer and sickle represents the peasants and the industrial labourers, surrounded by a golden wreath representing the rich agriculture of the nation. The two stars represent multiple things; they represent the original and new Soviet Unions, the enlightenment of the people/intellectuals, and a new dawn/the bright future of the nation.

Interesting concept. Though from the description, is this Second USSR just between Russia, Ukraine and Belarus?

But yes, this initial union would only be between the three Slavic states.

I have plans to put my own take on Crimson Dawn. This may be an initial flag used, until the newly founded USSR reclaims its old territory. In that case, I would incorporate the wave pattern used on the Estonian SSR and combine it onto the stripe.
