Hmmm, I made this a couple of weeks ago, but forgot to release it.. this is also on NG.Make a dress-up game using Macromedia Flash! Drag or no drag.

use the selection tool found on the left side of the screen, its also the default tool when you go on Flash, right after that, drag your mouse over the movie clip and press f8, soon you will see a panel saying, 'convert to symbol' name your symbol whichever you want, then click the movie clip option, which is one of the 3 options, once you do that, you can press the button, 'Ok' beside the registration, and you've made a movie clip !!
note there are 3 options,
1.) movie clip
2.) button
3.) graphic
just click the movie clip option if you want to make a movie clip

can I add a file to the clothes part instead of drawing it on? I already have everything drawn out I just wanted to put it all together. c: Thank you.

Draw everything out in Photoshop, or somewhere where you can deal with transparency. Save as a PNG, then in Flash go to file>import to stage (or library, whatever floats your boat). Open the library, right-click the file-name and go to properties. From there, you can check the boxes necessary to make the quality of the image its best.
