Well it can't be the pony with Rainbow Dash since Fluttershy has yellow fur and pink eyes while that pony has white fur and blue eyes. So where is Fluttershy?

Anyways, the fur is yellow. But its the lighting/suit that sort of made it hard to tell. I also think that by "Pink Eyes" You can transfer that to "Pink Mane/Hair"

The visor isn't clear, so the face of the pony wearing it will be darker or discolored in someway. I say it's Fluttershy because of the shape of her eyes and I believe the artist wouldn't leave her out.
