Description The sword and shield are both Nickel-Silver, purposely dented up to look battle-used. The 'Energy' surrounding the sword is copper, as is the sword's hilt. The bracer/cuff/bracelet the piece is attached to is a bronze chainmaille Euro 4-1, which binds by a leather strap not actually seen in the picture much like a belt or a watch strap.

Everything was cut out by hand using a jeweler's saw, and the pieces are actually soldered together though you wouldn't know at a glance (Unless your eyes pick out my one mistake that I can see because I paranoidly know it's there).

If anyone's curious, I'm absolutely ACING my jewelry class. The teacher hates that everything's just a recap for me...

Hah, thanks. I haven't actually done much sheet metal working in the past few years, but if I ever get around to doing it again maybe I'll work on something like this again to smooth out the kinks from this. I need to work out the kinks of the process definitely.

Jewelry Saws, Hammers, open fire torch, and lots of sanding before I tossed it in a rotating drum with steel shot and burnishing fluid. The sword and shield themselves only took about three to six hours.
