Lilo and Stitch - specifically the series, because that's all about the experiments. (Which is what these guys are). They're first introduced in Stitch: The Movie. The order of movies is sort of odd, it goes Lilo and Stitch, Stitch The Movie, Lilo and Stitch 2, Lilo and Stitch the series, then Leroy and Stitch.
If you haven't seen Lilo and Stitch, watch it! It's a very sad yet very touching story. I'm not sure if the series is on TV anymore - Disney likes to bury their shows once they're finished.

That little face of Sinker's gives me mixed feelings; not sure if he's scary, creepy, or derpy. XD
I'm starting to wonder if you're going to pixelate all of the experiments in the series. If you do, I can't wait to see them all!
On last thing: Sinker is Experiment 602, just to let you know. :3

Dang, I'm always getting them mixed up!
I'm going to try and do as many as I can, at least.
