I can't remember; were Splodyhead and Slushy introduced in the same episode or not? I remember seeing both of them in one episode, though I don't think they were introduced in both of them.
That aside, great job on this! The colors and shading work really well for him. :3

Splodyhead was introduced in his own episode, where Lilo, Stitch, Jumba, Pleakly, 625 and Gantu had to work together to survive while they were trapped on a desert island with Splodyhead shooting plasma balls at them.
In Slushy, Lilo and Stitch caught Slushy and let him make it snow around their house, but Gantu captures him while they're distracted and makes him evil again. Lilo, Stitch, Jumba and Pleakly go to Gantu's ice fortress with Splodyhead and he fights Slushy.
Hope that cleared things up.
